The Mindwell Rx Academy System (MRAS)

The Mindwell Rx Academy System is a performance management system designed to ensure that each and every staff person receives timely and quality feedback on their work performance. MRAS is a complete online performance management system that provides the employer with employee performance management templates and month-end analytic reports.

Monthly "mini-meeting"

  • Involves a 10-15 minute monthly “mini-meeting

Better quality coaching

  • Allows for more frequent one-on-one communication between the employee and their manager about company’s and employee’s priorities / goals / objectives.
  • Allows for a quicker opportunity to provide positive reinforcement for stronger employees.
  • Allows for a quicker opportunity to redirect or re-train employee, if required.

Employee training

  • Employee can be re-trained whenever the employee is ‘below expectation’

Value based scoring system

  • Employer will be better informed which employees are considered average, and above or below expectation.

Performance management

  • Better documentation if or when progressive discipline is required.
